Plan Vivienda 2018 \u2013 2021 <\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Es un conjunto de programas de ayudas y subvenciones mediante los cuales se pretende garantizar el acceso a la vivienda, la mejora y conservaci\u00f3n del parque inmobiliario existente y el fomento de viviendas destinadas a alquiler o cesi\u00f3n de uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> \u00c9ste viene regulado y subvencionado por la administraci<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00f3<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">n central y la administraci<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00f3<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">n regional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,Bold, Calibri, sans-serif;\">2. En la anualidad 2018<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> La partida presupuestaria por parte del <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>Ministerio de Fomento<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"> para el a\u00f1o 2018 ser\u00e1 de <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>14.010.758 \u20ac.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> Por parte de <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>CARM<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"> la partida presupuestaria para el a\u00f1o 2018 ser\u00e1 de <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>3.230.758 \u20ac<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> En total habr\u00e1 una <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>inversi\u00f3n total<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"> para el a\u00f1o 2018 de <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>17.241.516<\/b><\/span> <span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>\u20ac <\/b><\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">a repartir entre los distintos programas de ayudas y subvenciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,Bold, Calibri, sans-serif;\"><b>3. Ayuda y subvenciones del Plan Vivienda 2018- 2021<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>AYUDA AL ALQUILER DE VIVIENDA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">CUANT\u00cdAS DE LAS AYUDAS<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Se conceder\u00e1 a la\/s persona\/s arrendataria\/s una ayuda del 40 % de la renta mensual que deba\/n satisfacer por el alquiler de la vivienda. En el supuesto de que la\/s persona\/s arrendataria\/s, tenga\/n m\u00e1s de 65 a\u00f1os o menos de 35 a\u00f1os de edad en el momento podr\u00e1n ser superiores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>AYUDA A PERSONAS EN SITUACI\u00d3N DE DESAHUCIO O LANZAMIENTO DE SU VIVIENDA HABITUAL.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">BENEFICIARIOS<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Podr\u00e1n ser beneficiarios de este programa, seg\u00fan las disponibilidades presupuestarias, las personas f\u00edsicas mayores de edad que hayan sido o vayan a ser objeto de lanzamiento o desahucio de su vivienda habitual y permanente y se encuentren en una situaci\u00f3n de especial vulnerabilidad que les impida acceder por sus propios medios a otra vivienda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>SUBVENCIONES DE REHABILITACI\u00d3N, ACCESIBILIDAD Y MEJORA DE LA EFICIENCIA ENERG\u00c9TICA DE EDIFICIOS Y VIVIENDAS (URBANAS Y RURALES).<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>FOMENTO DEL PARQUE DE VIVIENDA EN ALQUILER O CESI\u00d3N DE USO PARA PERSONAS MAYORES Y PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-size: small;\">OBJETIVO<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Ampliar el n\u00famero de viviendas en r\u00e9gimen de alquiler o cesi\u00f3n de uso, mediante construcci\u00f3n de edificios de obra nueva, rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios existentes o la reanudaci\u00f3n de obras de edificios no finalizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,Bold, Calibri, sans-serif;\"><b>4.
