Los estudiantes interesados en participar en el taller deben inscribirse en el propio centro educativo. Dispondr\u00e1n de una clase a la semana durante un mes, contando con una \u00faltima videoclase con una charla coloquio donde las profesionales de Cyclo responder\u00e1n a cualquier pregunta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El taller \u2018Menstruaci\u00f3n sostenible\u2019 est\u00e1 abierto a cualquier persona que desee realizarlo y tendr\u00e1 lugar el 11 de marzo a las 18.30 horas en el Refectorio del Convento de San Francisco hasta completar aforo y de forma online. Las personas que deseen participar en el mismo pueden inscribirse a trav\u00e9s del correo juventud@aytomula.es. Al final del taller se establecer\u00e1 una charla coloquio entre los participantes y las profesionales de Cyclo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tanto Laura Salas, concejala de Juventud, como Pilar Gil, concejala de Mujer e Igualdad, resaltan el enorme tab\u00fa que hay en torno a la menstruaci\u00f3n \u201cque hace que muchas mujeres la acepten como algo doloroso y que deben esconder, m\u00e1s a\u00fan en presencia de los hombres\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello, junto a la Escuela Cyclo se ha organizado un curso para todas las mujeres que menstr\u00faan para ense\u00f1arles otra forma de relacionarse con su ciclo, m\u00e1s respetuosa y natural, al mismo tiempo que se anima a los hombres a participar del mismo \u201cporque forman parte del cambio y les necesitamos para romper tab\u00faes\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de estos talleres se ahondar\u00e1 en diversos aspectos sobre educaci\u00f3n menstrual entre ellos el vac\u00edo informativo sobre todos los tipos de productos menstruales que existen, el impacto ecol\u00f3gico que conllevan algunos de los productos higi\u00e9nicos m\u00e1s populares, as\u00ed como copas menstruales y compresas de tela que pueden llegar a significar un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la salud de muchas mujeres debido a que muchas personas desconocen el impacto de algunos productos en su cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La menstruaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s que parte de la reproducci\u00f3n, es un experiencia psicosocial y emocional y por eso debemos ahondar en todas las opciones y dejar de valorarla como un aspecto negativo relacionado como una enfermedad o algo que debemos esconder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los talleres mostrar\u00e1n aspectos relacionados con la anatom\u00eda femenina en torno a la menstruaci\u00f3n y los cuidados para mantener una buena salud vulvo vaginal a cualquier edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, por asistir a estos talleres educativos, los participantes acceder\u00e1n al sorteo de productos de menstruaci\u00f3n sostenible por un valor de 300
